With one car in the shop due to a minor collision, our 2-car family was down to 1 car when, on Friday before a 3-day holiday weekend, that one remaining car started making a horrendous noise. With family events we had to get to, we had a car we didn't dare drive. We called Haskins and were told the next possible appointment was a week away! Obviously they could not set aside the customers they were already working on and who had made appointments just to fit us in....but within a couple of hours they got us a rental car, we dropped off our noisy car, and we were able to get to our holiday events. They made an impossible situation easy for us....and as I suspected might happen, the mechanic couldn't resist checking out the "horrendous noise" which turned out to be a malfunctioning rear window shade! We had our car back the day after the weekend, "good as new." The repair service was excellent, and even more important, they made sure we had transportation in the meantime. Haskins' friendly caring service is tops!
