We definitely prefer going to Haskins than to a dealership, where you're just another number. Our repair took slightly longer than quoted (Mon v. Fri.), but we were happy with the work. (They repaired what was wrong in one visit, while our dealership did several thousand dollars worth of work and never fixed the original problem.)We dealt with Rob, Eric, and another gentleman, and all were friendly and professional. Rob in particular went the extra mile, staying open an extra hour, in a snowstorm (!) so I could return a rental that day. Very impressed. It's that type of service that will keep us coming back, and why we love giving business to small family-owned places.
