EVERYONE i talked to here was incredibly helpful and friendly- especially Tim, my service advisor.I brought my car in for a starter replacement. Since my car is over 20 years old, there were a couple other problems keeping it from starting properly. The folks at Haskins went above and beyond to help me fix my car. Now it's running better than ever! EXCELLLENT customer service, great work, and fair prices too. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Manager Tim was so kind to me today. I pulled in with a piece of my muffler dragging off the bottom of my car. He quickly had a nice man put my car on the lift and pry it off. He really saved my day and he did not even charge me for the favor!

Art and team did a great job on my BMW. I just got it back and it looks perfect. They have done work for me on several cars and the work is alway very good. I also like the fact that they car rental place is right there. The Insurance company also endorses these guys. I am very picky about my BMW convertible and it looks perfect. The workers there were very nice and took great care of me. They got the job done, but did take a bit longer than they said it would.

We service both our cars at Haskins primarily out of convenience (close to home) and the friendly and polite staff. Everyone I've dealt with there (especially Eric up front) is exceedingly friendly and customer-oriented. Haven't done a lot of price shopping, but their estimates were below those given by our Saab and Acura dealers for both repair service and body work. I haven't had any problems and continue to take my cars there.
