I have driven past Haskins once or twice a week for 50 years, and only thought of it as a former Oldsmobile dealership. When, after an accident, my insurance company listed them as one of their authorized repair shops, I clicked on the Reviews section of the Haskins web page. I was so impressed by the rave reviews that I chose them to do the work. From the moment we first made contact, I was extremely impressed with how smoothly the repair process went. After dropping my Audi Q5 off, my husband and I couldn't have felt better about what normally is a tedious process. I drove right off in a rental car, was told I'd be contacted in a few days with the repair estimate. As promised, I received the call, was given a completion date estimate, and was even told I could stop by to see the car repair in progress. Everyone in the Haskins organization was very user friendly and customer oriented. When I picked up the car, it looked brand new and, had been finished 4 days early! Haskins is my new "go to" car repair and maintenance shop. I'm delighted that they have all of the equipment and training to handle the latest model cars. And, hats off also to Mapfre Insurance (Commerce) for the CAR EZ repair program.
