On behalf of the Municipal Light Plant ("MLP") I want to thank you for the extraordinary service your company recently provided. Since many companies today no longer take pride in the quality of customer service, Haskins Automotive is shining example of how every business should operate. Art Ward and everyone within your organization made the extra effort to ensure the MLP received the best customer service possible. Thank you for helping the MLP maintain a very tight schedule. Lifelong resident but NEVER used the body shop until this week. What a great experience from the time I met with Art to when I picked up my car today and met with Ron. This body shop is one of Wellesley's best kept secrets, I believe. My new car that was sideswiped looks brand new and workmanship and timing was superb in returning my car. Just found out they do inspections, too .

Just wanted to say that your company did a nice job on our Mercedes. I have had some shabby auto body work done in the past at other shops and was worried about the quality of work especially on a black car. It came out very nice! Also your customer service was above my expectations. Thanks again.

Dear Mr. Haskins, I am writing to you concerning your employees- whether it is the Service Center or the Collision Center- I have experienced outstanding service. These employee's names are Tim Creeden & Eric Dwyer, Service Advisers and Kevin Orico, Service Manager on the service side of your business and Art Ward in the Haskins Collision & Paint Center- they all have in common great customer approach. All of these employees give your customers really great service! For nearly 25 years, first in Haskins Oldsmobile and then in Haskins Automotive, I have had outstanding service that combines the best elements of technical knowledge, a positive attitude and great customer service. These employees relate with customer's need and they are enthusiastic in their description of service of what the customer wants. They are among the best employees I have yet encountered in automotive service! I have owned most recently a VW, a BMW, Jeeps and Lexus' and no matter the model or manufacturer I have encountered outstanding Haskins service. You should know that I have speech problem due to an injury and I prefer to communicate via email or text. Art Ward's follow-up and timely answers- whether on email or in person- is exceptional. You could not wish for a better manager of body repair & paint! I should know- I hired or approved the hire, of over 300 sales, technical and managers folks in my 31 year career as a Division Vice President for an air express company.
